I have all I need within.
The Experience
A Reiki session with me will take place in The Cabin, a dedicated, private space in my garden. It will last about an hour or so. For your first session you will be asked to complete a very basic medical questionnaire and we will start with a little chat answering any questions you might have. Entry is via the side gate at the left side of my house and together, we will wander to the bottom of my garden to enter into a space that will belong entirely to you for your session with me. I am certain that you will feel the wonderful energy as soon as you step inside.

Guidance prior to a Reiki treatment;

Wear soft, loose and comfortable clothing. It's usual to feel cold when having a treatment so consider wearing layers.

I may use blankets during a treatment but I am happy for you to bring your own. Your comfort will help you to relax and feel safe.

Remove all jewellery and accessories.

Ensure you are hydrated. Drink lots of water and avoid caffeine. Please also bring water with you to your session.

Bring with you an open mind and heart.

Remember that you can share as little or as much as you want. If you choose to share, everything is entirely confidential. Your session is an entirely safe, private space, just for YOU to connect with YOU.

What you feel and experience during a Reiki session or course, is unique to you. Everything and anything is absolutely Ok. Keeping an open heart and mind will enable you to release anything that is stuck.
Guidance following a Reiki treatment;

It’s important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Avoid stimulants such as caffeine.

Allow yourself some time to rest.

Allow your emotions to flow and release. This may or may not be immediate.

Take some time to notice and observe how you feel. Writing this down can be helpful, but either way just take stock.

Be aware that you might be effected for a few hours, just as you would with any physical treatment. If you feel this, take some time out, sit still, drink water and take some deep breathes.

Wash your hands and don’t rush to put any jewellery back on. Try to stay in a natural state for as long as you can.
